My friend strongly recommended Marquette GMC when I was looking to replace my 2021. It was good advice. Everyone at this dealership was a pleasure to deal with every time I walked in, called or texted. Kevin handled every question with patience and skill. He made communication a breeze. The team worked well together and took care of the details smoothly like buying and paying off my previous truck, handling missing titles, friends and family number, insurance, registration, extended warranty, using GMC points etc. Then Kevin went through the new truck with me and set up all the bells and whistles. After a 4,000+ road trip, our 2021 GMC Acadia was due for a check-up. We had an oil change and they recommended a tire rotation, which we also had done. We had a minor issue while on the road. The local GM dealer got very bad ratings on Yelp. So we waited until we got home to have a complete check over. We trust Marthaler that much! The front desk crew (John P. and Steven) are always pleasant and helpful. That, and the excellent service, are why we keep coming back to this dealership. Thank you!

The few people I had the pleasure of working with are Exceptional. Ken Wall, Nikki and Cassandra. Very polite, friendly and caring people. I did NOT feel pressured at any time by Anyone there. This made me happy / comfortable to be there and work with them. Although they did Not have a truck in the lot I wanted, they did a great job locating one and after some time the same day it was confirmed from the other dealership we can have it. That was good news. While waiting to hear I was able to get a tour of the facility. I personally would recommend Anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to stop in at this location.

I had a great experience at Marquette GMC, David the Sales person placed an order for me and spec’s the Yukon exactly as I wanted it, he kept me up to date with the build order. The loan officer Kassandra was perfect too, the loan process was quick and painless! Not only that she wasn’t trying to push tons off addons I didn’t need, she set me up with exactly the extra coverage I wanted. Bottom line if you want a quick, simple, friendly experience this is it. I always appreciate their honesty when it comes to services that I DON'T need... I never remember when I need my tires rotated so I usually request that be done IF it needs it and they always let me know when in fact, I don't need that service done on that day's visit. Much appreciated!

I went to Marquette GMC for an oil change to my 2023 GMC Sierra and came home with a 2026 GMC Sierra. This was not my intention however after going over with Brandee Spagnuolo some possible trades I at least considered to hear her out. Brandee'e professionalism and enthusiasm convinced me that I was going to leave there with a new truck. To be honest I dreaded the thot of having to deal with returning my 2023 at the end of lease and after my wife, Vera, and I drove home with this brand new beautiful Black Onyx 2026 GMC Sierra I told my wife I was very happy, satisfied, and relieved. My truck has been in multiple times with a brake failure, power steering failure, and multiple others. Now I got it back and the same issues are back even worse and now my check engine light is on. It’s getting dangerous as my brakes go out on the highway and intersections. It’s becoming very unreliable for a new vehicle.
